1. WHAT YOU WANT
Please email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) items that you want with the following details :
-Customisation (if there is changes to color, wordings, etc)
**We accept customised designs. Please allow minimum seven days or more for customisation. Extra charges might incur for certain customisations.
**All products are subject to availability. If items are no longer in stock, we will create a new piece according to original design. However, output might vary slightl, as every single item is hand crafted.
2. HOW TO PAY
-Kindly make your payment within 48 hours after confirmation of order is given.
-Full payment must be done once your order in confirmed.
– Please notify us for any delay in payments.
-All price exludes postage.
-Payment can be made via PayPal, Maybank Malaysia & Public Bank Malaysia.
– Account number & total amount payable will be emailed to you upon confirmation of order.
– Email us after payment has been made with your name, date of transfer, reference no. & total amount transferred.
-Should we fail to receive your payment within 48 hours after confirmation, we have the right to release the item for other customers.
– Delivery will be made once we received full payment from you.
– Delivery charges:
Peninsular Malaysia : RM9.00 / East Malaysia : RM8.00 (items less than 350gm)
Outside Malaysia : In accordance to freight charges to your country.
